How do you calculate the price of a gold product?
Our prices are fully transparent. For material-based products, we use the day's live gold rate, multiplied by the net metal weight, plus the making charge, stone charge (if any), and GST. You can see the exact breakdown on the product page.
Is the gold BIS hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece we sell is BIS hallmarked, indicating its certified purity. Diamond and gemstone pieces also come with the appropriate certification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship anywhere in India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all certificates. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Can I exchange my old gold jewellery?
Yes. Visit our Hooghly showroom for gold exchange. We evaluate your gold at the day's market rate and offer it as credit toward your new purchase.
Do you offer EMI options?
EMI options are available through select banks and card issuers at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track it any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email/mobile.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We do not store card numbers or CVVs on our servers. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Can I customise a design?
